Understanding who we are and why we fight.

The man on the left is Joseph Batista Sr.  He's a rapist and pedophile.  But one that is not in jail, because he has used police corruption to not only stay free, but to kidnap the children of his son in law using corrupt courts, police, judges, and lawyers from the Philadelphia Children's Alliance.  But he's not the only pedophile that was protected by the Philadelphia Children's Alliance.  

The man you see in this picture above a serial pedophile that killed himself on September 26th of 2009.  He raped many children and teens.  And attempts to bring him to justice and his suicide were covered up by the Police and the Philadelphia Children's Alliance.  Particularly because he was allowed to rape and groom one teenager.  Madeline Scarcelli.

This is the first blog post of our emerging group.  This blog is to help out the current illegal activities of the "Philadelphia Children's Alliance" and the Philadelphia DHS, and the illegal Kids for Cash scandal they are running.  As well as the pedophilia and rape that is being covered up by the Philadelphia Children's Alliance.  

The Philadelphia Children's Alliance is supposed to be a non-profit charity.  But as this blog will show over time, many of it's highest members are involved in corruption and cover ups of serious crimes.  

As you can see, the Philadelphia Children's Alliance is housed in government offices with two government police agencies that investigates serious sex crimes.  However, the Philadelphia Children's Alliance is not a government agency.  It sells itself as a not-for-profit charity, which means it's supposed to receive no government funds.  

What is a private charity doing in a government building with two agencies that investigate sex crimes on children.  

Well, as you will see in this blog, the Philadelphia Children's Alliance is not only a Kids for Cash scheme, that is used by judges, lawyers, and cops working in DHS in Philadelphia, but it's run by a woman that allowed pedophiles to rape her own daughter in her home, and protects the interests of pedophiles in and out of the city of Philadelphia.  As well as being a front for Pedophiles in the Catholic Church to cover up their crimes.  

Meet Madeline Frances Scarcelli, also known as Maddy Scarcelli.  

The following are from Madeline's online journal when she discovered the man that was grooming her, killed himself.  

When you read the above, you feel sorry for Madeline Scarcelli.  As you should when you read this.  She was being groomed by a man that you will later find out in this blog that was a serial pedophile going after children everyday.  

But you will later find out in these posts, that Madeline is not a good person either.  That she would threaten people and black mail them into sex crimes.  And that she enjoyed being sadistic to others and hurt many innocent people herself.  

But this blog is not to accuse Madeline Scarcelli.  Maddy Scarcelli has been abused by many men, and her parents allowed it as you will come to see.  Sexual abuse is the worst when it stays silent.  And Madeline Scarcelli has stayed silent in order to protect her family that allowed her to be abused.  

Our group does not intend to harass Madeline Scarcelli.  Madeline Scarcelli committed multiple crimes that could land her in jail for many years, including possibly conspiracy with her parents to cover up the abuse of other minors.  And we will take all the information down from this blog, once justice has been served.  

But Madeline Scarcelli was a victim before she was a perpetrator.  But because she was a perpetrator, we have to tell her story to stop the corruption that is currently still going on.  

This picture of Maddy Scarcelli was taken in 2009.  Madeline was 16 years old when this was taken. Madeline's hobby at the time was photography.  This photo was received by one of our members that was stalked and sexually harassed by her.  

In the above picture, is a picture of Madeline Scarcelli cutting herself.  She would send death threats to one of our members of our group as well as suicidal threats if he didn't do what she told him to do.  She would add finishing touches on photoshop to further intimidate our member.  

Naturally, the member of our group that received these images called DHS for the girl's safety many times.  But DHS didn't respond.  

Madeline Scarcelli is the daughter of Betsy Scarcelli.

The priest at this church and school is this man.  Father Stephen Leva.

Betsy Scarcelli and Father Stephen Leva are both members of the same church.  

But who is Father Stephen Leva?  

Father Stephen Leva just so happens to be part of the "Office of Investigations" for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Father Stephen Leva has relatives in Fort Washington that are near by, but he is just recently the priest of St. Alphonsus in Maple Glen just before our story begins.

But I think it is important to point out, that Father Stephen Leva himself is no stranger to abuse scandals.  In the early 90's, Father Stephen Leva was under a priest in the Diocese of Arlington Virginia that killed himself, named Monsignor William T. Rainecke.  Msgr. Bill Reinecke was accused by a man named Joe McDonald of abusing him as a child.  

Father Stephen Leva was suddenly just transferred there when the sexual abuse allegations were coming out.  And Steve Leva offered his opinion of that the Monsignor just was depressed when he took his life, and nothing else.

Here is the part that mentions Father Stephen Leva.  

"The Rev. Steve Leva, who recently was transferred to a parish in Silver Spring, said he and other priests from St. James had discussed Reinecke's depression, although no one approached him. "We talked about it in the house. Because we were worried. Especially near the end," Leva said."

However, before Father Stephen Leva worked at either St. Alphonsus or as a member of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, another man held both of this positions.  

Meet Msgr. Thomas J. Owens.  

Monsignor Thomas Owens also happens to have been an investigator of Sexual Child Abuse for the Catholic Church.

All this will become important later on in this blog post, as we reveal to you the child sexual abuse that was covered up by the police.  

But food for thought right now, is these two pictures of young Madeline Scarcelli as an alter girl with Monsignor Thomas Owens.  You can't see Madeline very clearly, but she used to have a large mole on her lips that she had surgically removed that indicates this is her on the second to the right.  

And here is is to the left of Monsignor Thomas Owens, who is in the center.  

But there are two members of the Philadelphia Children's Alliance that are connected to the Catholic Church to cover up sex crimes against children in this Kids for Cash scheme that we should point out.  

Those are Judge Charles Ehrlich and and Lawyer Bebe Kivitz.  

In the above picture, you see the Board President Betsy Scarcelli, with the DHS Commissioner Anne Marie Ambrose, and Judge Charles Ehrlich.  

But who is Judge Charles Erhlich?  

Well, it just so happens that Judge Charles Erhlich works for the Catholic Church just like Father Leva and Monsignor Owens.  And he also works for the charity of the Philadelphia Children's Alliance, while sitting as a Judge, and receiving video tapes coerced from children, where they are told to make a list of toys they want, and they are told they will get those toys if they lie on camera that they have been abused by their parents.  He gets kick backs in a Kids For Cash scheme while being a member of this charity and sitting as a judge on the very cases he puts people in prison for in a Kangaroo Court, while receiving charity money to do so.

Bebe Kivitz is more famous for being involved in the Bill Cosby sex scandal.

Bebe Kivitz also works for the Philadelphia Children's Alliance and was illegally put on the defense of a black man named Faruq Robinson, without his knowledge, when he was sent to a court that was presided over by Judge Charles Ehrlich, who was also working for the PCA.  

We will later tell you Faruq Robinson story, and how the PCA kidnapped his children through the courts with falsified evidence, and gave his Children to his Father-In-Law that was a Pedophile.   

Today, in our city, a pedophile ring has a emerged to steal the children of innocents that they pray on.  The Philadelphia Children's Alliance is a hate group that prays on the black community, and gives their children to pedophiles.  It also preys on non-Catholic whites, and tries to frame non-Catholics as a cover for their crimes.  One of our insiders in the Philadelphia Children's Alliance that is helping us to out this organization for what it is, tells us that the Philadelphia Children's Alliance and Catholic Church uses priests that have traveled from ministry to ministry like Father Stephen Leva, were pedophile scandals happened.  Right before he came to Saint Alphonsus, Father Stephen Leva was at Saint Timothy's in Mayfair, where he was handling and helping to whitewash the sex abuse scandals that were coming to light in Saint Timothy's in 2012. 

The Philadelphia Children's Alliance used police corruption in the Philadelphia courts to kidnap the children in the above picture, and gave them to this pedophile, Joseph Batista Sr.

The Philadelphia Children's Alliance is a pedophile ring and a front for the Catholic Church.  We have more evidence that will be released to the public once our informants and their lawyers feel safe to talk to us.  More names of priests at the Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and social workers and lawyers at the Philadelphia Children's Alliance will be named, to bring them to justice and file law suits.
